We are delighted to introduce you to our Client Experience Team Leader Chloe who is here to ensure you have the best experience when you visit Gatsby & Miller.  Chloe has a wealth of customer-facing experience, having worked as a salon Team Leader and Front of House.

Chloe's aim is to continue and improve upon our flawless approach to customer care with our first-class salon experience, which earned us the Best Customer Service award at the prestigious Hairdressers' Journal British Hairdressing Awards 2021.

High and low energy zones have been created by varying ceiling heights, changing lighting levels and controlling music in different areas.  Screens have been strategically placed to give clients increased privacy and tranquillity, and motion boards keep them abreast of our news, promotions and community events.
