We did it! Gatsby & Miller are absolutely delighted after winning the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE award at the Hairdressers Journal British Hairdressing Business Awards 2021.
Gatsby & Miller beat off tough competition from other finalists to be recognised for our flawless approach to customer care, from exemplary teamwork and an unbeatable client journey to an all-round first-class salon experience. The judges praised Gatsby & Miller for our comprehensive client experience, including a team which works tirelessly to build relationships with existing and new customers.
Salon Director Dawn Montgomery said: "We are completely thrilled to have won this award. Our team has put an incredible amount of effort into ensuring our guests feel safe, assured and valued while they are in our salon. In these strange Covid times, we have had to reassess our approach to customer care and implement new safety measures at every step of the salon journey. This award comes just a few months after we scooped the Best Salon Experience title at the Creative HEAD Most Wanted Awards which celebrates those who push boundaries creatively, setting new consumer trends, and breathing life into local high streets and the wider economy.
Other recent wins include Male Grooming - Barbershop of the Year award at the British Hairdressing Business Awards 2020, as well as making it to the finals in the Salon of the Year and Best Salon Design categories
During 2020 we were also finalists for Best New Salon in the Most Wanted awards, and finalists in the Best Male Grooming Salon and Best Salon Design categories at The Salon Business Awards 2020.
