Gatsby & Miller are thrilled to have made it to the finals of the Hairdressers Journal British Hairdressing Business Awards 2021 for Best Customer Service.
The awards recognise the hardworking names that have built outstanding salon businesses, helping to make British hairdressing the most respected in the world. From standout salons and exemplary teamwork to groundbreaking innovations and trailblazing individuals, HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards are an annual celebration of business brilliance.
Gatsby & Miller made the final stage of the competition after compiling a detailed entry, outlining our commitment to providing impeccable customer care.

This award comes just a few months after we scooped Best Salon Experience title at the Creative HEAD Most Wanted Awards which celebrates those who push boundaries creatively, setting new consumer trends, and breathing life into local high streets and the wider economy.
Other recent wins include Male Grooming - Barbershop of the Year award at the British Hairdressing Business Awards 2020, as well as making it to the finals in the Salon of the Year and Best Salon Design categories
During 2020 we were also finalists for Best New Salon in the Most Wanted awards, and finalists in the Best Male Grooming Salon and Best Salon Design categories at The Salon Business Awards 2020.

High and low energy zones have been created by varying ceiling heights, changing lighting levels and controlling music in different areas. Screens have been strategically placed to give clients increased privacy and tranquillity, and motion boards keep them abreast of our news, promotions and community events.
